ARE YOUR SUN LENSES UV PROTECTANT?

Yes, all LOOKSEE sunglasses come with 100% UV protectant sun lenses.

 

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE FOR LOOKSEE SUNGLASSES?

All LOOKSEE sunglasses are made from a high quality form of acetate. All acetate with graphics are custom made for LOOKSEE.

 

AM I ABLE TO ADJUST MY SUNGLASSES?

Yes; however, we recommend you visit your local optician to adjust the frame. We use a form of acetate which is very much in line with the materials being used on designer eyewear. Your optician will be able to properly adjust the frame if necessary.

 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

WHAT IS YOUR PRODUCT WARRANTY?

All LOOKSEE eyewear is warranted for 30 days after receipt of the product against manufacturer’s defects.  Please note that validity of manufacturer defects is subject to the inspection and approval of LOOKSEE.  Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from lookseegoods.com or a LOOKSEE authorized retailer.  The LOOKSEE warranty program does not cover scratched lenses, scratched frame, and/or scratched frame coatings. Alteration of LOOKSEE product will automatically void warranty.

 

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 30 days of receipt of your product.  Product which is showing any signs of wear or damage will not be able to be returned under any circumstances.  Please follow the following steps:

  1. Contact [email protected] and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).  Please add “Return Authorization Request” to the subject line of your email. The RA# must be requested within 30 days of receipt of the product. The return must be shipped back to LOOK/SEE GOODS within 15 days of receiving the RA#.
  2. Securely package product in original packaging. Please include the product pouch and all other original materials.
  3. Please include the original packing list.
  4. Please write the RA # on outside of package and please ship via an insurable and traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs and lost or damaged packages.
  5. Once we receive your return and it has been verified by LOOKSEE, we will refund your credit card for the price of the item(s) within 15 business days. 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?

Orders can take as long as 24-72 hours for order processing to ensure order accuracy.

  • Second Day Shipping: Please allow 2 business days for transit.
  • Next Day Shipping: Please allow 1 business day for transit.
  • International Shipping: Please allow 5-10 business days for transit

  • USPS/FEDEX SmartPost Ground Shipping (USA Only): FREE
  • All other rates are variable upon location. FEDEX is our preferred provided and our discount is essentially passed on to your purchase.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been received by LOOKSEE, you will receive a confirmation email. In addition, once the package ships, you will be forwarded another confirmation email complete with tracking information for the package.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we ship to over 100 countries. If your country is not showing up when you place your order, please send an email to [email protected] and one of our customer service agents will help you.

All international shipments are handled by FEDEX and are shipped via FEDEX International Economy or FEDEX International Economy

HOW SHOULD I PROPERLY CARE FOR MY SUNGLASSES?

Each pair of LOOKSEE sunglasses comes with a microfiber pouch, which you should use to store your sunglasses when not in use. In addition, the microfiber pouch can be used to clean the lens by gently rubbing the lenses.

 

WILL MY INFORMATION BE PROTECTED?

Absolutely. We take the privacy of our customers very seriously. The information you share with LOOKSEE will not be shared, sold, or released to any other parties.
